近日,從國家工信部獲悉,2021年汽車標準化工作,將(jiang)深入貫(guan)徹落實(shi)《新(xin)能(neng)源汽(qi)車產業(ye)(ye)發展(zhan)規劃(2021-2035年)》《國家車聯網產業(ye)(ye)標(biao)準體系建設指(zhi)南(智(zhi)能(neng)網聯汽(qi)車)》等要求,進(jin)一步(bu)聚焦重(zhong)點領域、注重(zhong)協同創新(xin)、強化應用牽引,持續健全完善汽(qi)車標(biao)準體系,為汽(qi)車產業(ye)(ye)高質量發展(zhan)提(ti)供(gong)堅實(shi)支撐。
一、強化規劃引領,注重頂層設計
1.加(jia)快(kuai)“十四(si)五”標(biao)準體系建設。按照國家戰略規劃(hua)和汽(qi)車(che)專(zhuan)項規劃(hua)要求,完成汽(qi)車(che)行(xing)業(ye)“十四(si)五”標(biao)準體系建設方案,建立新能源汽(qi)車(che)和智(zhi)能網聯汽(qi)車(che)“十四(si)五”標(biao)準體系,并(bing)明確分(fen)階段具體建設目標(biao)。
2.完善汽(qi)車標準化工作(zuo)路(lu)線(xian)圖。發布(bu)《中(zhong)國電(dian)動汽(qi)車標準化工作(zuo)路(lu)線(xian)圖》(第三版(ban)),并(bing)做好宣貫(guan)和實施工作(zuo);結合自動駕駛技術應用情況,啟動先進駕駛輔助系統標準制(zhi)定路(lu)線(xian)圖(第二版(ban))修訂工作(zuo)。
3.研究建立汽(qi)車行業智能制造標準體系。貫徹落實國家智能制造總體建設規劃部署,構建涵蓋基(ji)礎共性、關鍵技術和(he)細分應用等(deng)具體領域的汽(qi)車行業智能制造標準體系。
二、聚焦重點領域,優化標準供給
(一)加快戰略性新興領域汽車標準研制
1.新能源汽車領域。強化電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)汽車(che)安(an)全(quan)保障,開(kai)展電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)汽車(che)整(zheng)車(che)、動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)及換(huan)(huan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)等安(an)全(quan)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)實(shi)施效果評估,推(tui)動(dong)(dong)(dong)傳導充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)安(an)全(quan)要(yao)求(qiu)、碰撞(zhuang)后安(an)全(quan)要(yao)求(qiu)等標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)發布實(shi)施。注重電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)汽車(che)整(zheng)車(che)綜合性(xing)能提升,加快(kuai)(kuai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)汽車(che)動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)性(xing)、遠(yuan)程服(fu)務(wu)與管(guan)(guan)理、純電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)乘用(yong)車(che)技(ji)術條件等標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)制修訂(ding)。聚焦燃料電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)汽車(che)使用(yong)環節,推(tui)動(dong)(dong)(dong)燃料電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)汽車(che)能耗及續駛里程、低溫(wen)冷啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)、動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)性(xing)能、車(che)載氫系統、加氫槍等標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)制修訂(ding)。加快(kuai)(kuai)關鍵部件創新突破,開(kai)展動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)、超級電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容器、驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機系統、絕緣柵雙極型晶(jing)體管(guan)(guan)(IGBT)模塊等標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)制修訂(ding)。支(zhi)撐換(huan)(huan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)模式創新發展,推(tui)動(dong)(dong)(dong)換(huan)(huan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)車(che)輛(liang)車(che)載換(huan)(huan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系統互換(huan)(huan)性(xing)、換(huan)(huan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)通用(yong)平臺、換(huan)(huan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)包(bao)及其附件、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)包(bao)與車(che)輛(liang)和換(huan)(huan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)通信等標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)預研。支(zhi)撐電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)汽車(che)綠色(se)發展,開(kai)展動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)回收(shou)利用(yong)通用(yong)要(yao)求(qiu)、可梯次利用(yong)設計指南等標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)預研,完成動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)回收(shou)服(fu)務(wu)網點標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)制定。
2.智能網聯汽車領域。適應(ying)(ying)新技(ji)術(shu)發(fa)展趨勢,加(jia)快推進整車(che)信息安全、軟件(jian)升級、自(zi)動(dong)駕(jia)(jia)駛(shi)(shi)數據記錄系(xi)(xi)統(tong)等強制(zhi)(zhi)性國家標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)的(de)(de)(de)(de)立項和(he)制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)工(gong)作(zuo);強化(hua)基礎性標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)支撐,完成智(zhi)能網聯(lian)(lian)汽車(che)術(shu)語(yu)定(ding)義推薦性國家標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)征求(qiu)意見,啟動(dong)并持續推進信息安全工(gong)程、操(cao)作(zuo)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)等基礎類標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)工(gong)作(zuo);緊跟行業技(ji)術(shu)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)情況,完成駕(jia)(jia)駛(shi)(shi)員(yuan)注(zhu)意力(li)監(jian)測(ce)、車(che)門開(kai)(kai)啟提醒等輔助(zhu)駕(jia)(jia)駛(shi)(shi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)審查和(he)報批工(gong)作(zuo),推動(dong)組合駕(jia)(jia)駛(shi)(shi)輔助(zhu)、自(zi)動(dong)泊(bo)車(che)等重(zhong)點功能標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)工(gong)作(zuo);圍繞智(zhi)能網聯(lian)(lian)汽車(che)多場(chang)景應(ying)(ying)用(yong),加(jia)快自(zi)動(dong)駕(jia)(jia)駛(shi)(shi)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)功能要求(qiu)和(he)場(chang)地、道路試驗(yan)方法等標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)的(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)出臺,研究(jiu)港口(kou)、配送等特(te)定(ding)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)需(xu)求(qiu)相關標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun);針對自(zi)動(dong)駕(jia)(jia)駛(shi)(shi)功能使用(yong)差異性,開(kai)(kai)展自(zi)動(dong)駕(jia)(jia)駛(shi)(shi)功能產品說明書、自(zi)動(dong)駕(jia)(jia)駛(shi)(shi)使用(yong)者培訓等方面的(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)化(hua)需(xu)求(qiu)探索與研究(jiu)。
3.汽車電子領域。重點(dian)推進(jin)車(che)載(zai)事故緊急呼叫(jiao)、車(che)載(zai)衛星定位(wei)系統、免提通(tong)話及語音(yin)交互(hu)等(deng)標(biao)(biao)準的立項及研(yan)(yan)制(zhi)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),加(jia)快無線通(tong)信終端、毫(hao)米(mi)波雷(lei)達、激光雷(lei)達、主/被動(dong)紅外探(tan)測系統等(deng)關鍵通(tong)信及感知(zhi)部件標(biao)(biao)準的制(zhi)修(xiu)訂進(jin)程,深(shen)入開(kai)展車(che)用(yong)芯片、車(che)用(yong)存(cun)儲器、車(che)用(yong)傳感器等(deng)核心半導體和元(yuan)器件標(biao)(biao)準研(yan)(yan)究;統籌推進(jin)基(ji)礎通(tong)用(yong)類電(dian)磁兼(jian)容標(biao)(biao)準制(zhi)修(xiu)訂工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),啟動(dong)電(dian)磁兼(jian)容性要(yao)求和試驗(yan)方(fang)法(fa)、整車(che)天線系統性能評價等(deng)標(biao)(biao)準的制(zhi)修(xiu)訂預研(yan)(yan);有(you)序推進(jin)功(gong)能安(an)全、預期功(gong)能安(an)全、功(gong)能安(an)全審核評估(gu)方(fang)法(fa)、ASIL等(deng)級(ji)確定方(fang)法(fa)等(deng)基(ji)礎支撐類標(biao)(biao)準的制(zhi)修(xiu)訂工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo);加(jia)快車(che)載(zai)以太網標(biao)(biao)準體系建設及標(biao)(biao)準項目研(yan)(yan)究工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo);開(kai)展電(dian)驅動(dong)系統車(che)規(gui)環境評價、48V供電(dian)系統電(dian)氣要(yao)求等(deng)國際(ji)標(biao)(biao)準轉化工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。
(二)持續完善傳統汽車與基礎領域標準
4.汽車節能領域。啟動(dong)下一階段(duan)乘用車(che)(che)燃料消耗(hao)量評價(jia)方法及指標(biao)(biao)(biao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準、電(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)能量消耗(hao)率限值(zhi)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準的(de)預(yu)研及立項;持(chi)續推進輕型(xing)(xing)、重型(xing)(xing)商用車(che)(che)輛(liang)燃料消耗(hao)量限值(zhi)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準的(de)修訂,完成(cheng)重型(xing)(xing)商用車(che)(che)輛(liang)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)能量消耗(hao)量和(he)續駛里程試驗方法標(biao)(biao)(biao)準的(de)審(shen)查和(he)報批(pi);開展(zhan)高(gao)效電(dian)(dian)機、停缸技(ji)術等(deng)乘用車(che)(che)循環外技(ji)術裝置評價(jia)方法標(biao)(biao)(biao)準的(de)預(yu)研;完成(cheng)輕型(xing)(xing)汽(qi)(qi)柴(chai)油車(che)(che)、可外接充電(dian)(dian)式混合動(dong)力電(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)和(he)純電(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)能源消耗(hao)量標(biao)(biao)(biao)識標(biao)(biao)(biao)準的(de)制定。
5.傳統整車領域。協調推(tui)進整車(che)(che)定義(yi)、分(fen)類相關標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)研(yan)究,完成汽車(che)(che)和(he)掛車(che)(che)類型的術語和(he)定義(yi)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)修(xiu)訂。對(dui)標(biao)(biao)國際(ji)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)相關要求,組(zu)織開展(zhan)(zhan)整車(che)(che)性(xing)能測試、參數測量、駕(jia)乘(cheng)操控舒適性(xing)等(deng)(deng)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)預(yu)研(yan)。立足汽車(che)(che)車(che)(che)外(wai)噪聲污染控制(zhi),積極推(tui)進整車(che)(che)異(yi)響、主動降噪、倒車(che)(che)提示音等(deng)(deng)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)研(yan)究。圍繞(rao)貨運設備和(he)運輸模(mo)式轉型發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan),修(xiu)訂完善半掛車(che)(che)、主掛連接互換性(xing)等(deng)(deng)相關標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)。加強(qiang)高壓壓縮天然氣汽車(che)(che)(CNGV)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)研(yan)究,做好相關標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)制(zhi)修(xiu)訂。
6.汽車安全領域。重點開(kai)展行(xing)人保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)、汽車(che)(che)前后端保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)、乘用(yong)車(che)(che)頂部抗壓強(qiang)度(du)、側面碰撞保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)(hu)、后碰撞安(an)(an)全(quan)要求、安(an)(an)全(quan)帶和約(yue)束(shu)系(xi)(xi)統、兒童(tong)約(yue)束(shu)系(xi)(xi)統、外部凸出物、客/校車(che)(che)座椅(yi)強(qiang)度(du)等整(zheng)車(che)(che)及零部件(jian)強(qiang)制性國家標準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)的修(xiu)(xiu)訂(ding)完善,推進被動(dong)安(an)(an)全(quan)標準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)要求升(sheng)級。開(kai)展駕駛員前方視野、防盜裝置、乘用(yong)車(che)(che)外部防護(hu)(hu)(hu)、車(che)(che)輛(liang)事(shi)故救援指南等標準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)預研(yan)及制修(xiu)(xiu)訂(ding),提升(sheng)一般安(an)(an)全(quan)標準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)要求。聚焦行(xing)業痛(tong)點和管理(li)需要,推動(dong)車(che)(che)輛(liang)外廓尺寸、軸荷及質量(liang)限值標準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)評(ping)估修(xiu)(xiu)訂(ding),開(kai)展牽引車(che)(che)和汽車(che)(che)列車(che)(che)匹配性相關標準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)預研(yan),穩(wen)步推進危險貨物運輸車(che)(che)輛(liang)安(an)(an)全(quan)標準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)修(xiu)(xiu)訂(ding),加(jia)快乘用(yong)車(che)(che)制動(dong)系(xi)(xi)統標準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)修(xiu)(xiu)訂(ding),開(kai)展懸架V形推力(li)桿、高度(du)控制閥(fa)、乘用(yong)車(che)(che)空氣(qi)懸架等關鍵部件(jian)標準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)研(yan)究(jiu)。
(三)開展綠色低碳及智能制造相關標準研究
7.綠色低碳領域。完善汽車(che)生產(chan)過程清(qing)潔(jie)化、生命周期能(neng)源低碳(tan)化、產(chan)品(pin)設(she)計綠色化標(biao)準子體(ti)系(xi),汽車(che)再制造及再利用(yong)標(biao)準子體(ti)系(xi),車(che)用(yong)動力電池綜(zong)合利用(yong)標(biao)準子體(ti)系(xi),開展車(che)輛生產(chan)企(qi)業及產(chan)品(pin)全生命周期碳(tan)排(pai)放及核算辦法系(xi)列標(biao)準的研究,推動汽車(che)清(qing)潔(jie)化生產(chan)和使用(yong)。
8.智能制造領域。以推進(jin)智能(neng)化(hua)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)在汽車(che)(che)(che)研(yan)發設計、生(sheng)產(chan)制(zhi)造、倉儲物(wu)流、經營管(guan)理(li)、售(shou)后服(fu)務(wu)等關鍵環(huan)節深度應用為(wei)重點,研(yan)究(jiu)制(zhi)定(ding)(ding)汽車(che)(che)(che)行(xing)業(ye)智能(neng)制(zhi)造領域的(de)術(shu)(shu)語和(he)(he)定(ding)(ding)義(yi)、智能(neng)制(zhi)造能(neng)力(li)成(cheng)熟度評估要求、汽車(che)(che)(che)行(xing)業(ye)標(biao)(biao)識應用指(zhi)南等基(ji)礎標(biao)(biao)準,以及(ji)大規(gui)模個(ge)性化(hua)定(ding)(ding)制(zhi)、新能(neng)源汽車(che)(che)(che)數(shu)字(zi)化(hua)車(che)(che)(che)間(jian)、汽車(che)(che)(che)行(xing)業(ye)工(gong)業(ye)控制(zhi)系(xi)統安全管(guan)理(li)要求等關鍵技(ji)術(shu)(shu)相(xiang)關標(biao)(biao)準;考慮標(biao)(biao)準化(hua)工(gong)廠和(he)(he)數(shu)字(zi)化(hua)工(gong)廠建設需求,開展數(shu)據采(cai)集流轉(zhuan)和(he)(he)分析、生(sheng)產(chan)工(gong)藝及(ji)工(gong)序(xu)、虛擬仿真、數(shu)字(zi)化(hua)系(xi)統、規(gui)模化(hua)定(ding)(ding)制(zhi)等相(xiang)關標(biao)(biao)準研(yan)究(jiu)。
(四)研究制定摩托車領域技術標準
9.摩托車領域。根據(ju)摩(mo)(mo)托(tuo)(tuo)車行業(ye)技術(shu)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)趨(qu)勢及產業(ye)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)需求(qiu),開展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)摩(mo)(mo)托(tuo)(tuo)車聯網(wang)及電(dian)子防盜相關標準(zhun)研究;完善摩(mo)(mo)托(tuo)(tuo)車輪轂電(dian)機標準(zhun)體系(xi),開展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)高速(su)電(dian)機系(xi)統(tong)標準(zhun)研制(zhi);加快電(dian)動摩(mo)(mo)托(tuo)(tuo)車與外部電(dian)源傳導連(lian)接安(an)全要(yao)求(qiu)標準(zhun)制(zhi)定(ding)立項;組織(zhi)電(dian)動摩(mo)(mo)托(tuo)(tuo)車充換電(dian)系(xi)統(tong)系(xi)列(lie)標準(zhun)研究。
三、深化國際合作,加強標準法規協調
1.發揮多雙邊合作機制作用。充分利用已經建立(li)的多雙邊合(he)作機制(zhi)平臺,聚焦新能源汽車(che)、智能網聯汽車(che)等領(ling)域,組織標(biao)(biao)準化路線圖合(he)作研究,共(gong)同提(ti)出(chu)國(guo)際標(biao)(biao)準法規提(ti)案(an),聯合(he)開展相關(guan)測(ce)試驗證活動。貫徹落實“一帶一路”國(guo)家戰略(lve),通過與相關(guan)國(guo)家和地(di)區組建專家組、開展系(xi)列培訓(xun)等方式,促進國(guo)內外標(biao)(biao)準化機構間的對話合(he)作,積極推(tui)動中國(guo)標(biao)(biao)準“走(zou)出(chu)去”。
2.深度參與全球技術法規制定。切實履行(xing)聯合國世界車(che)(che)輛(liang)協調論壇(WP.29)框(kuang)架下自動(dong)駕駛與(yu)(yu)網聯車(che)(che)輛(liang)工作(zuo)組(zu)(zu)副(fu)主(zhu)席以及自動(dong)駕駛功(gong)能(neng)要(yao)求、電動(dong)汽(qi)車(che)(che)安(an)(an)全(quan)、電動(dong)汽(qi)車(che)(che)與(yu)(yu)環境、燃(ran)料電池電動(dong)汽(qi)車(che)(che)、噪聲(sheng)等非正式工作(zuo)組(zu)(zu)聯合主(zhu)席及副(fu)主(zhu)席職(zhi)責,深入(ru)參與(yu)(yu)各(ge)工作(zuo)組(zu)(zu)框(kuang)架下技術(shu)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)規的(de)制定與(yu)(yu)協調,推(tui)動(dong)電動(dong)汽(qi)車(che)(che)安(an)(an)全(quan)第(di)二階(jie)段全(quan)球(qiu)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)規發布實施,全(quan)面參與(yu)(yu)動(dong)力(li)電池耐久性(xing)、燃(ran)料電池安(an)(an)全(quan)等全(quan)球(qiu)技術(shu)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)規的(de)研究制定;持(chi)續推(tui)進(jin)智能(neng)網聯汽(qi)車(che)(che)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)規框(kuang)架完善和(he)具體技術(shu)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)規制定,深入(ru)參與(yu)(yu)自動(dong)駕駛驗(yan)證(zheng)方(fang)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(VMAD)、數據記錄系(xi)統(EDR/DSSAD)、信息安(an)(an)全(quan)和(he)軟(ruan)件(jian)升級 (TFCS/OTA)、自動(dong)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)功(gong)能(neng)(ACSF)等國際法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)規協調;深度參與(yu)(yu)聯合國法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)規UN R117(輪胎滾(gun)動(dong)噪聲(sheng)、滾(gun)阻和(he)濕抓地)修訂工作(zuo),積極貢獻“中國方(fang)案”。
3.加強國際國外標準協同。密切(qie)跟蹤國(guo)際標準(zhun)化組(zu)織道路車(che)(che)輛委員(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)(ISO/TC22)和國(guo)際電工(gong)委員(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)電動(dong)車(che)(che)輛電能傳輸系統委員(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)(IEC/TC69)及其(qi)下屬(shu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)組(zu)的標準(zhun)化工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)進展情況,完(wan)成IEC/SMB/SEG11未來可持續(xu)交通系統評(ping)估(gu)組(zu)研(yan)究任務。履行(xing)ISO自動(dong)駕駛(shi)測(ce)(ce)試場(chang)景工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)組(zu)召(zhao)集人職責(ze),推動(dong)自動(dong)駕駛(shi)測(ce)(ce)試場(chang)景系列標準(zhun)制定(ding)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),明(ming)確測(ce)(ce)試場(chang)景標準(zhun)后(hou)續(xu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)計劃(hua),與(yu)其(qi)他(ta)國(guo)家和地區共同推動(dong)標準(zhun)立項和制定(ding)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。加快(kuai)汽車(che)(che)外部(bu)燈(deng)具防霧涂層(ceng)應用和安(an)全玻璃(li)材料(liao)透(tou)光度確定(ding)方法兩項國(guo)際標準(zhun)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)進程(cheng),重點推進整車(che)(che)及零部(bu)件EMC測(ce)(ce)試、乘用車(che)(che)外部(bu)保護(hu)、負壓救護(hu)車(che)(che)等(deng)中國(guo)牽頭的國(guo)際標準(zhun)制修訂項目立項。
