近日,三鋼集團與三明學院對圓棒線在用1250型砂輪鋸(ju)研發的(de)智能(neng)化砂(sha)(sha)輪(lun)片更(geng)換系統順利調試成功(gong),實(shi)現了采(cai)用智能(neng)機械手對砂(sha)(sha)輪(lun)鋸(ju)片進行全流(liu)程全自(zi)動(dong)更(geng)換。
據悉,該(gai)設備在國際上(shang)未有先例,屬(shu)世界首臺。該(gai)項(xiang)目的(de)研(yan)發(fa)成功,填補了(le)在中(zhong)(zhong)大型砂輪(lun)鋸(ju)的(de)使用(yong)中(zhong)(zhong)需(xu)(xu)要采用(yong)人(ren)工(gong)更(geng)(geng)(geng)換(huan)(huan)鋸(ju)片(pian)的(de)空白(bai)。在砂輪(lun)鋸(ju)的(de)使用(yong)中(zhong)(zhong),鋸(ju)片(pian)屬(shu)于耗材,在高作業(ye)率生產中(zhong)(zhong),每切屑棒(bang)材一小時就需(xu)(xu)要更(geng)(geng)(geng)換(huan)(huan)鋸(ju)片(pian),每片(pian)鋸(ju)片(pian)單重50kg,拆卸緊固裝置工(gong)具(ju)重15kg,緊固裝置重20kg,雖有輔(fu)助吊具(ju)但也需(xu)(xu)兩(liang)人(ren)協同操作25分鐘才能完(wan)成鋸(ju)片(pian)更(geng)(geng)(geng)換(huan)(huan)。人(ren)工(gong)成本高,換(huan)(huan)鋸(ju)片(pian)造成作業(ye)率下(xia)降。
三(san)鋼(gang)棒材廠與三(san)明(ming)學院對此進行深入研究討論(lun),最終確定(ding)研發以(yi)機(ji)器(qi)(qi)視覺全自(zi)動(dong)砂(sha)輪片(pian)在線更(geng)(geng)(geng)換系統。該套系統由鋸(ju)(ju)(ju)片(pian)更(geng)(geng)(geng)換機(ji)械(xie)手及鋸(ju)(ju)(ju)片(pian)緊固(gu)裝置自(zi)動(dong)拆(chai)卸器(qi)(qi)組成(cheng),分別完成(cheng)鋸(ju)(ju)(ju)片(pian)緊固(gu)裝置拆(chai)安及鋸(ju)(ju)(ju)片(pian)更(geng)(geng)(geng)換步驟。全套作業流(liu)(liu)程在8分鐘以(yi)內,只需每日使用砂(sha)輪鋸(ju)(ju)(ju)時將鋸(ju)(ju)(ju)片(pian)一(yi)同擺放到位。當(dang)需要更(geng)(geng)(geng)換鋸(ju)(ju)(ju)片(pian)的時候,只需要操作工一(yi)鍵啟(qi)動(dong)就可完成(cheng)全流(liu)(liu)程鋸(ju)(ju)(ju)片(pian)更(geng)(geng)(geng)換。
