新能源汽車的(de)“雙積分”政策(ce)的(de)長效機制的(de)作用(yong)正在(zai)逐步顯現,在(zai)這一(yi)機制推動下(xia)中國的(de)新能源(yuan)汽車(che)市場(chang)進(jin)入到新一(yi)輪的(de)增長期,電(dian)池、電(dian)機、電(dian)控等零部件(jian)的(de)市場(chang)跟隨(sui)汽車(che)市場(chang)的(de)擴(kuo)增也得(de)到進(jin)一(yi)步增長。
汽車制造商紛紛加入電池市場
實際上新能源汽車的(de)成本(ben)主要(yao)集(ji)中在(zai)核心(xin)零(ling)部件上,電池(chi)占總成本(ben)的(de)四(si)成,電控與電機最多占到三成,并且電池(chi)是(shi)需要(yao)周(zhou)期性更(geng)換的(de),由(you)此可預見,零(ling)部件的(de)發展直接與新能源汽車技術的(de)提升和成本(ben)的(de)控制乃至整車的(de)發展掛鉤(gou)。
因此(ci),各大車廠絕對(dui)不會錯過(guo)零(ling)部件市場的(de)發展機會,紛(fen)紛(fen)積極布(bu)局動力(li)電池(chi)市場。
就在(zai)半月(yue)前,寶馬在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)的(de)動力電池(chi)(chi)工廠即將開業,如此一來(lai)寶馬即將成為中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)首家建(jian)立(li)高壓(ya)電池(chi)(chi)生產線(xian)的(de)豪(hao)華車(che)制(zhi)造商(shang)。這一高壓(ya)電池(chi)(chi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心正式投產后,將為全新一代(dai)寶馬530LeiPerformance提供動力電池(chi)(chi)系(xi)統。該項(xiang)目占地6480平方米,總投資約3.24億元可(ke)生產3.3萬套/年的(de)高壓(ya)電池(chi)(chi)組,電芯依然是由寧德時代(dai)提供。
在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)四(si)個月前,戴姆勒與北(bei)汽(qi)簽署了(le)新的(de)框架協(xie)議,深化其在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)合(he)資企業北(bei)京奔(ben)馳(chi)汽(qi)車(che)有限公司的(de)合(he)作,履行雙方在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)汽(qi)車(che)領域發展的(de)承諾。在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)新的(de)框架協(xie)議中,雙方將共同投(tou)資50億元(yuan)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)北(bei)京奔(ben)馳(chi)建立純(chun)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)車(che)生產(chan)基地及動(dong)(dong)力電(dian)(dian)池(chi)工廠(chang),生產(chan)梅賽德(de)斯-奔(ben)馳(chi)品(pin)牌(pai)的(de)純(chun)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)車(che)產(chan)品(pin)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)基礎上,同時開展動(dong)(dong)力電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)本土生產(chan)和研發,并采用國產(chan)電(dian)(dian)芯,最終于2020年在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)北(bei)京奔(ben)馳(chi)投(tou)產(chan)純(chun)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)車(che)型。
國內(nei)汽(qi)(qi)車企(qi)業自然不會落下這個(ge)市(shi)場機遇,今年(nian)5月,上汽(qi)(qi)集團通(tong)過全(quan)資(zi)(zi)子(zi)公司(si)(si)上海汽(qi)(qi)車集團投資(zi)(zi)管理(li)有限公司(si)(si)與寧(ning)德時(shi)代合(he)資(zi)(zi)成立兩家企(qi)業:時(shi)代上汽(qi)(qi)動力電(dian)池有限公司(si)(si)和上汽(qi)(qi)時(shi)代動力電(dian)池系統有限公司(si)(si)。8月,比亞迪(di)宣(xuan)布(bu)聯手國軒高科布(bu)局三元正(zheng)極材料(liao)。9月,長城(cheng)汽(qi)(qi)車收購澳鋰礦股(gu)權,北(bei)京(jing)汽(qi)(qi)車也(ye)與孚能(neng)科技(北(bei)京(jing))新(xin)能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)動力電(dian)池項目戰略合(he)作協議,試(shi)圖為新(xin)能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)鋪(pu)路……
近(jin)日(ri)東風汽車公司黨委(wei)常委(wei)、副總經理劉衛東透(tou)露,近(jin)期(qi),東風汽車持股(gu)了寧德時(shi)代,計(ji)劃籌建新電池公司,和整車相(xiang)匹配的部分,必須自己做。
國際知名(ming)汽(qi)車(che)品(pin)牌來華投(tou)(tou)資汽(qi)車(che)的消息也(ye)不絕于耳,通用(yong)正式(shi)宣布(bu),今后將投(tou)(tou)資17.2億(yi)元人民幣在(zai)(zai)上海(hai)金(jin)橋(qiao)建(jian)設一座鋰電(dian)(dian)池組裝廠。到(dao)(dao)2025年,別克、雪佛蘭和凱迪拉(la)克三(san)大品(pin)牌旗下在(zai)(zai)華將近所(suo)有車(che)型都將采用(yong)不同程(cheng)度的電(dian)(dian)氣化技術,涵(han)蓋從輕混合動(dong)力(li)到(dao)(dao)純電(dian)(dian)動(dong)全套解決方案。
大(da)眾將在(zai)華建造(zao)動(dong)力電(dian)池工(gong)廠的(de)消息是從今(jin)年9月份(fen)的(de)法蘭克福車展中(zhong)傳出來的(de),目前為止大(da)眾官方尚(shang)未宣布具體規劃(hua)和(he)合作對象。
大眾汽(qi)車全(quan)球(qiu)CEO穆倫宣布投(tou)資到(dao)電動車電池的(de)500億歐元,是用于在(zai)中(zhong)國、歐洲和北美尋找(zhao)、發展長期戰(zhan)略性伙伴。如(ru)今大眾共有300多個(ge)車型(xing),按計(ji)劃到(dao)2030年全(quan)部車型(xing)都將有電動版(ban)。
電機與電控市場
除(chu)了電(dian)(dian)池市場(chang),電(dian)(dian)機與(yu)電(dian)(dian)控(kong)市場(chang)也是(shi)又一大潛(qian)力(li)無限的領域。通常一輛新能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)汽車搭載電(dian)(dian)機與(yu)電(dian)(dian)控(kong)各一個,相(xiang)關機構(gou)根據未(wei)來新能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)汽車銷量及結構(gou)測算(suan),2017年驅(qu)動總(zong)(zong)成(電(dian)(dian)機+電(dian)(dian)控(kong))市場(chang)規(gui)模將達(da)到(dao)125億(yi)元(yuan)左右,未(wei)來三年新能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)汽車驅(qu)動總(zong)(zong)成市場(chang)將達(da)35%,到(dao)2020年市場(chang)規(gui)模超300億(yi)元(yuan)。

今(jin)年(nian)上半年(nian),電機(ji)市場受(shou)與原材(cai)料(liao)等影響受(shou)益有所下(xia)(xia)降。其中(zhong),上海(hai)電驅動實現營(ying)業收(shou)入為20867.77萬元(yuan),實現凈利(li)潤為-844.72萬元(yuan);正海(hai)磁材(cai)新(xin)能源汽車電機(ji)驅動系(xi)統營(ying)業收(shou)入1.17億元(yuan),同比減(jian)少(shao)(shao)60.03%;臥龍電氣凈利(li)潤減(jian)少(shao)(shao)9.33%。盈利(li)主要(yao)下(xia)(xia)降的原因是,電機(ji)原材(cai)料(liao)的成(cheng)本上升,比如永磁體的價格已(yi)經(jing)上漲了50%。
但(dan)(dan)是專(zhuan)業人(ren)(ren)士分析,雖(sui)然上半(ban)年電機(ji)市場整(zheng)體的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)不盡如(ru)人(ren)(ren)意,但(dan)(dan)在全球汽車電動(dong)化(hua)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)浪潮下,電機(ji)企業對未來的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)仍然比(bi)較樂觀(guan)。部分電機(ji)企業認為,隨著(zhu)上半(ban)年騙(pian)補(bu)核查(cha)陰(yin)霾(mai)的(de)(de)(de)逐步散去,以及政策趨(qu)于穩定,新能(neng)源汽車景氣度在下半(ban)年有(you)望迎來復蘇(su),新能(neng)源電機(ji)也將得到持續發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。
