由于規(gui)(gui)模以上(shang)工業(ye)企業(ye)范圍(wei)每年發生(sheng)變(bian)化,為保證本(ben)(ben)年數(shu)(shu)據(ju)與(yu)上(shang)年可(ke)比(bi),計(ji)算產(chan)(chan)品(pin)產(chan)(chan)量等(deng)各項(xiang)指標同(tong)比(bi)增長速度所采用(yong)的(de)同(tong)期數(shu)(shu)與(yu)本(ben)(ben)期的(de)企業(ye)統計(ji)范圍(wei)盡可(ke)能(neng)相一致,和上(shang)年公(gong)布的(de)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)存在(zai)口(kou)徑差(cha)異。主要原因:一是統計(ji)單位范圍(wei)發生(sheng)變(bian)化。每年有(you)部分(fen)企業(ye)達到規(gui)(gui)模納(na)入調(diao)(diao)查范圍(wei),也(ye)有(you)部分(fen)企業(ye)因規(gui)(gui)模變(bian)小退出調(diao)(diao)查范圍(wei),還有(you)新建投產(chan)(chan)企業(ye)、破產(chan)(chan)、注(zhu)(吊)銷(xiao)企業(ye)等(deng)影響(xiang)。二(er)是部分(fen)企業(ye)集(ji)團(tuan)(公(gong)司)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)產(chan)(chan)量數(shu)(shu)據(ju)存在(zai)跨地(di)區重(zhong)復(fu)統計(ji)現象(xiang),根據(ju)專項(xiang)調(diao)(diao)查對企業(ye)集(ji)團(tuan)(公(gong)司)跨地(di)區重(zhong)復(fu)產(chan)(chan)量進行(xing)了剔重(zhong)。
(3)服務(wu)業生產指數是指剔除價格因(yin)素后,服務(wu)業報告期(qi)相對于基期(qi)的產出變化。
(4)社會消(xiao)費品零(ling)售總額統計范圍是(shi)從事商(shang)品零(ling)售活(huo)動或(huo)提供餐飲服務的法人(ren)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)、產業(ye)(ye)(ye)活(huo)動單(dan)位(wei)和(he)個(ge)體(ti)戶。其中(zhong),限(xian)額以(yi)上(shang)單(dan)位(wei)是(shi)指年主營(ying)業(ye)(ye)(ye)務收入2000萬(wan)元(yuan)及(ji)(ji)以(yi)上(shang)的批(pi)發業(ye)(ye)(ye)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(單(dan)位(wei)、個(ge)體(ti)戶)、500萬(wan)元(yuan)及(ji)(ji)以(yi)上(shang)的零(ling)售業(ye)(ye)(ye)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(單(dan)位(wei)、個(ge)體(ti)戶)、200萬(wan)元(yuan)及(ji)(ji)以(yi)上(shang)的住(zhu)宿(su)和(he)餐飲業(ye)(ye)(ye)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(單(dan)位(wei)、個(ge)體(ti)戶)。
由于限(xian)額以(yi)上(shang)批發和(he)零售業(ye)(ye)、住宿(su)和(he)餐飲業(ye)(ye)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(單位(wei)(wei)、個體戶(hu))范圍(wei)每(mei)年發生變(bian)化,為(wei)保(bao)證本年數(shu)據與上(shang)年可比,計(ji)算限(xian)額以(yi)上(shang)單位(wei)(wei)消費品零售額等(deng)各項指標同比增長速(su)度所采用的同期數(shu)與本期的企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(單位(wei)(wei)、個體戶(hu))統計(ji)范圍(wei)相一致,和(he)上(shang)年公布(bu)的數(shu)據存(cun)在口徑差(cha)異。主要(yao)原因是每(mei)年都有部分企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(單位(wei)(wei)、個體戶(hu))達到(dao)限(xian)額標準(zhun)納入(ru)調(diao)查(cha)范圍(wei),同時也有部分企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(單位(wei)(wei)、個體戶(hu))因規模變(bian)小達不到(dao)限(xian)額標準(zhun)退出調(diao)查(cha)范圍(wei),還有新開業(ye)(ye)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)、破產、注(吊)銷企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(單位(wei)(wei)、個體戶(hu))的影(ying)響(xiang)。
網上零售(shou)額(e)是指通(tong)過公共網絡交(jiao)易(yi)平臺(包括自(zi)建網站和(he)(he)第三(san)方平臺)實現的商(shang)品(pin)和(he)(he)服務零售(shou)額(e)之和(he)(he)。商(shang)品(pin)和(he)(he)服務包括實物(wu)商(shang)品(pin)和(he)(he)非實物(wu)商(shang)品(pin)(如虛擬商(shang)品(pin)、服務類商(shang)品(pin)等)。
社(she)會(hui)消費品(pin)零售(shou)總(zong)額(e)包括(kuo)實物商(shang)品(pin)網(wang)上(shang)零售(shou)額(e),不包括(kuo)非實物商(shang)品(pin)網(wang)上(shang)零售(shou)額(e)。
根據第(di)五次全國經濟普查結果(guo)對社(she)(she)會消費品零(ling)售總(zong)額(e)、網(wang)上零(ling)售額(e)數據進行(xing)了修訂,2025年社(she)(she)會消費品零(ling)售總(zong)額(e)、網(wang)上零(ling)售額(e)相(xiang)關(guan)指標月度(du)增速按照可比口徑計算(suan)。
(5)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)零售額(e)指企業(產業活動(dong)單位(wei)、個體戶)以交易形(xing)式(shi)直接提供(gong)給個人和其他單位(wei)非生產、非經營用的(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)價值總和,旨在反映服(fu)(fu)務(wu)提供(gong)方(fang)以貨幣形(xing)式(shi)銷(xiao)售的(de)屬于消費的(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)價值,包括交通、住宿、餐飲、教育(yu)、衛生、體育(yu)、娛樂等領(ling)域服(fu)(fu)務(wu)活動(dong)的(de)零售額(e)。
(6)根據投資統計(ji)制度方法改革、第(di)五次全(quan)國經(jing)濟普(pu)查(cha)和統計(ji)執法檢查(cha)等規(gui)定(ding),對(dui)上年同(tong)期固定(ding)資產(chan)投資數據進行修訂,固定(ding)資產(chan)投資增速(su)按可(ke)比口(kou)徑(jing)計(ji)算。

(8)就(jiu)業人(ren)員(yuan)是指16周歲及以上(shang),有勞(lao)動(dong)能(neng)力,為取得勞(lao)動(dong)報酬或經營(ying)收入而從事一定社會勞(lao)動(dong)的人(ren)員(yuan)。
