今年“十一”假期,電動汽車充電難的問題引起了社會和輿論的廣泛關注:有車主在高速服務區為充上1小時的電,花費了長達4個小時來排隊;有車主怕自己正在使用的充電樁被(bei)別人“插隊(dui)”,苦(ku)苦(ku)守候連衛(wei)生(sheng)間都不敢(gan)上(shang)(shang);還(huan)有車主甚至為了(le)搶充電(dian)樁大打(da)出手,視頻被(bei)放到(dao)了(le)網(wang)上(shang)(shang)……國(guo)家電(dian)網(wang)智(zhi)慧車聯(lian)網(wang)平臺(tai)高(gao)速公路(lu)充電(dian)熱力圖顯示,國(guo)慶假(jia)期(qi)有409個(ge)充電(dian)站出現了(le)排隊(dui),占全部高(gao)速公路(lu)站點的18%,與(yu)2020年國(guo)慶假(jia)期(qi)相比,數(shu)量增長了(le)60%。也就是說,差不多(duo)每5個(ge)高(gao)速充電(dian)站就有1個(ge)在(zai)排隊(dui)。
在(zai)電(dian)動汽(qi)車成為越(yue)(yue)來越(yue)(yue)多消(xiao)費者選擇的(de)當下,呼(hu)吁車主不要開電(dian)動汽(qi)車進(jin)行長(chang)途自(zi)駕游顯然(ran)不太現實,那么,有什么好辦法可以緩解日益(yi)突出的(de)充電(dian)焦慮呢?
建設更(geng)多的快充樁(zhuang)自然是途徑之一。交通(tong)運輸部(bu)副部(bu)長王志清近日(ri)表(biao)示,到2025年,中國(guo)高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)公路的快速(su)(su)充電(dian)覆(fu)蓋(gai)率(lv)要達到80%。通(tong)過大幅縮短充電(dian)時(shi)間,能在減少(shao)車(che)主等候時(shi)間的同時(shi),提高(gao)(gao)充電(dian)樁(zhuang)的使(shi)(shi)用效率(lv)。但(dan)不容忽視的是,一方面,頻(pin)繁使(shi)(shi)用快充會對(dui)電(dian)動汽車(che)的電(dian)池壽命造成(cheng)(cheng)一定(ding)影響;另一方面,快充樁(zhuang)的建設成(cheng)(cheng)本更(geng)高(gao)(gao),除了小(xiao)長假(jia)這些特殊時(shi)期外,更(geng)多時(shi)候處(chu)于(yu)閑(xian)置狀態,只有運營車(che)輛和少(shao)量私家(jia)車(che)主偶爾(er)使(shi)(shi)用,對(dui)于(yu)運營商(shang)來說并不劃算。
此外,還需提升充(chong)電(dian)樁的(de)健康運營(ying)水平。據悉,在“十(shi)一”長假(jia)期間,發現部分高(gao)速公路服(fu)務區(qu)的(de)充(chong)電(dian)樁存(cun)在設備(bei)故障(zhang)沒有(you)及時維(wei)修、APP顯示充(chong)電(dian)樁個數與實際不符等問(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti),進(jin)一步加劇了(le)充(chong)電(dian)難(nan)的(de)問(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)。只(zhi)有(you)經(jing)常對充(chong)電(dian)樁進(jin)行“體檢”,才能更好地發揮充(chong)電(dian)樁的(de)作用,否則就中看(kan)中不用,成了(le)“僵(jiang)尸樁”,浪費了(le)資源。
提高電池(chi)續駛(shi)里(li)(li)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)也(ye)是(shi)有(you)(you)(you)效舉措之一(yi)。有(you)(you)(you)專家(jia)認為,即便(bian)是(shi)在長途(tu)旅行過程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中,也(ye)很少有(you)(you)(you)私家(jia)車(che)一(yi)天的(de)(de)行程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)會超過1000公里(li)(li),因(yin)此只要將電動汽車(che)的(de)(de)續駛(shi)里(li)(li)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)提高到(dao)1000公里(li)(li)就能有(you)(you)(you)效緩解(jie)充(chong)電焦(jiao)慮。但更長的(de)(de)續駛(shi)里(li)(li)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)意味(wei)著(zhu)更高的(de)(de)價(jia)格,如果消費(fei)者日常行駛(shi)里(li)(li)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)只有(you)(you)(you)100~200公里(li)(li),只是(shi)在一(yi)年(nian)中會有(you)(you)(you)幾次長途(tu)自駕游(you),未必愿(yuan)意花(hua)大(da)價(jia)錢購(gou)買超長續駛(shi)里(li)(li)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)電動汽車(che)。

據(ju)了(le)解,不少車(che)企和樁(zhuang)企都正(zheng)(zheng)在進行相關探索(suo)和實踐,例(li)如廣(guang)汽埃(ai)安(an)發布(bu)了(le)私用樁(zhuang)共(gong)享(xiang)平臺,星(xing)星(xing)充電面向全(quan)國(guo)招募共(gong)享(xiang)樁(zhuang)主,參與者(zhe)正(zheng)(zheng)在逐漸增加。根據(ju)中(zhong)國(guo)電動汽車(che)充電基礎(chu)設施促進聯盟(meng)發布(bu)的(de)數(shu)(shu)據(ju),截止(zhi)到(dao)今年(nian)9月,聯盟(meng)所統計的(de)共(gong)享(xiang)私樁(zhuang)數(shu)(shu)量已經(jing)達到(dao)了(le)68476臺。
當然,目前私樁(zhuang)共(gong)享(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)也還存在不少(shao)問題(ti)需(xu)要(yao)解決,例如需(xu)要(yao)調(diao)動社區物業(ye)的積極(ji)性(xing)、采用有(you)序(xu)充(chong)電技術、引(yin)入保險(xian)機制(zhi)來避免設備損壞糾(jiu)紛,以及(ji)構(gou)建合理的費用機制(zhi)來提高共(gong)享(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)的主動性(xing)等。如果私樁(zhuang)共(gong)享(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)模式(shi)能夠(gou)逐漸推(tui)廣(guang)并(bing)發(fa)展成熟,相信能成為公共(gong)充(chong)電樁(zhuang)的有(you)益補充(chong),有(you)效緩解充(chong)電焦慮。
