商務部新聞發言人束玨婷表示,商務部將2023年定為消費提振(zhen)年。已成功舉(ju)辦(ban)(ban)民生(sheng)消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)季、全國消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)促進月(yue),正在(zai)(zai)開展綠色消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)季、國際消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)季等一系列活動(dong)。在(zai)(zai)即將(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)到來的(de)暑期消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)季期間(jian),商務部還將(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)推出618、夜(ye)生(sheng)活節、數字消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)節等消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)新場景。各地也將(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)舉(ju)辦(ban)(ban)一系列豐(feng)富多(duo)(duo)彩(cai)的(de)活動(dong),這(zhe)些活動(dong)貫(guan)穿(chuan)端午(wu)、暑期甚至會延(yan)續(xu)更(geng)長時間(jian),將(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)為消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)市場增添更(geng)多(duo)(duo)信(xin)心。
束(shu)玨婷表示,隨(sui)著暑期(qi)消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)旺季(ji)的(de)到來,居民節假(jia)日、休閑購(gou)物、出行旅游(you)等消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)需求將進一步釋放。疊加(jia)相關促(cu)消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)政策支持(chi),預計二季(ji)度消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)市場有望(wang)繼續保持(chi)平穩增長態勢。
據(ju)介紹,商(shang)務(wu)部將(jiang)重點做好(hao)(hao)以下工作:一(yi)是繼續(xu)(xu)完善消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)(fei)政(zheng)策(ce),加強部門(men)協(xie)(xie)同(tong),推(tui)動(dong)(dong)出(chu)(chu)臺支(zhi)持(chi)恢復(fu)和(he)擴(kuo)大消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)(fei)的一(yi)系列(lie)政(zheng)策(ce)措施(shi)。同(tong)時(shi),立足商(shang)務(wu)職(zhi)能定位(wei),圍(wei)繞(rao)促(cu)進(jin)汽車、家居、品牌消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)(fei)和(he)餐飲(yin)業高(gao)質量發展,出(chu)(chu)臺針對(dui)性(xing)(xing)配套措施(shi),增強政(zheng)策(ce)的組合性(xing)(xing)、協(xie)(xie)同(tong)性(xing)(xing)、有效性(xing)(xing),并抓(zhua)好(hao)(hao)貫徹落實(shi)。二(er)是持(chi)續(xu)(xu)辦好(hao)(hao)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)(fei)活動(dong)(dong)。三(san)是不斷創新消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)(fei)場景。商(shang)務(wu)部將(jiang)持(chi)續(xu)(xu)深(shen)化國際(ji)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)(fei)中心(xin)城市(shi)建設(she),推(tui)動(dong)(dong)步行街高(gao)質量發展,推(tui)進(jin)建設(she)智(zhi)慧(hui)商(shang)圈,帶動(dong)(dong)優質消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)(fei)資源(yuan)集聚(ju),聯動(dong)(dong)商(shang)、旅、文(wen)、體,打造(zao)更多沉浸式、互動(dong)(dong)式、體驗(yan)式消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)(fei)場景。同(tong)時(shi)推(tui)動(dong)(dong)建設(she)一(yi)刻鐘便民(min)生活圈,加快補齊(qi)便民(min)設(she)施(shi)短板,努力(li)打造(zao)百姓家門(men)口的消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)(fei)圈、幸福圈。
