? 每到春節,電動汽車的(de)續航焦慮都是熱(re)門話題,有人(ren)實況直(zhi)播高速(su)排隊充(chong)電(dian),有人(ren)因為充(chong)電(dian)樁被汽油(you)車占位不得(de)不打電(dian)話要(yao)求(qiu)挪車。作(zuo)為重要(yao)的(de)基礎設(she)施,充(chong)電(dian)樁承載著改善電(dian)動汽車使用體驗的(de)重任。
????為了推動充電樁建設,今年國家和地方又有多個政策出臺,如十部門聯合印發的《關于進一步提升電動汽車充電基礎設施服務保障能力的實施意見》(下稱《實施意見》),提出對公共充電樁建設給予財政支持;《溫州市支持新能源汽車產業發展(zhan)及推廣(guang)應用若干(gan)政策(ce)措施》,對公用充電設施按功率直流每千(qian)瓦200元、交流每千(qian)瓦80元補助。隨著電動(dong)汽(qi)車規(gui)模的增加,剛需(xu)下(xia),充電樁企業的業績(ji)也保持穩健提(ti)升,成為(wei)資本高度關注的領(ling)域。
????充電樁使用兩極分化
????春(chun)節前后的出(chu)行高(gao)峰,高(gao)速服務(wu)區的充(chong)電(dian)站往往出(chu)現排隊充(chong)電(dian)的情(qing)(qing)況,但若(ruo)是(shi)錯峰提(ti)早出(chu)門或(huo)稍晚自駕,補能焦慮就不(bu)太明(ming)顯(xian)。春(chun)節期(qi)間去(qu)北(bei)京遠郊區縣(xian)游玩的李鑫(化名)告訴(su)《證券日報》記者,他特意(yi)在初三才外(wai)出(chu)游玩,開電(dian)動車在高(gao)速上(shang)充(chong)了兩次電(dian),并(bing)未遇到(dao)排隊嚴(yan)重的情(qing)(qing)況。其中一個充(chong)電(dian)站有(you)專人維護,遇到(dao)汽(qi)油車占位或(huo)是(shi)電(dian)動車充(chong)滿(man)電(dian),工作人員會主動進行協調。所以,他在這個充(chong)電(dian)站的體驗(yan)十分(fen)良好(hao)。
????數(shu)據顯示(shi),截(jie)止到2021年(nian)(nian)底,中國電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)保有量為(wei)784萬輛,充電(dian)(dian)(dian)基礎設施卻只有261萬個(ge),車(che)樁比為(wei)3.2:1,雖然該數(shu)據比2020年(nian)(nian)略(lve)高,但總體來(lai)看(kan),充電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁的(de)數(shu)量依然跟不上電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽車(che)的(de)增長速度,而(er)這種矛盾(dun)又因為(wei)春節長途出(chu)行和充電(dian)(dian)(dian)網點匱(kui)乏而(er)凸顯出(chu)來(lai)。
????除了充電(dian)難(nan),充電(dian)樁(zhuang)也總(zong)會發生(sheng)嚴(yan)重的(de)資源(yuan)(yuan)不平衡。如(ru)在北(bei)京大興(xing)的(de)薈聚中(zhong)心商圈(quan),記者發現,地下停(ting)車(che)場(chang)安裝有近(jin)百個(ge)充電(dian)樁(zhuang),但因為節日期間來此游玩(wan)人員激增,仍(reng)導致充電(dian)樁(zhuang)資源(yuan)(yuan)緊張。而與此地距(ju)離一(yi)公里左右的(de)某第三方(fang)充電(dian)樁(zhuang)網(wang)點(dian),卻是門(men)可羅雀,一(yi)方(fang)面(mian)是該網(wang)點(dian)并未接(jie)入活躍度(du)高的(de)充電(dian)樁(zhuang)App,另一(yi)方(fang)面(mian)是這個(ge)網(wang)點(dian)沒有任何(he)配套,車(che)主充電(dian)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)只能站立在寒風(feng)中(zhong)。
????頭豹研究(jiu)院研究(jiu)員李(li)一(yi)淼對記者分(fen)析,近年來,充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁布(bu)(bu)局不(bu)(bu)合理、有損毀、利(li)用率低、服務不(bu)(bu)到位等(deng)問題(ti)日(ri)益(yi)受到重視,面(mian)對不(bu)(bu)斷增長的新(xin)能(neng)源車規模,一(yi)方(fang)面(mian)要(yao)完善充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁的運(yun)營布(bu)(bu)局體(ti)系,把一(yi)個充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)轉化成若干個充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁進行(xing)分(fen)布(bu)(bu)式(shi)建(jian)設;另一(yi)方(fang)面(mian)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)基礎設施的建(jian)設需要(yao)更加貼近用戶,根據用戶使用特點匹(pi)配建(jian)設充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁群以提升利(li)用率。
????李一淼說(shuo):“例如特(te)斯拉在(zai)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)基礎(chu)設(she)(she)施(shi)建設(she)(she)中采取了目(mu)的(de)地(di)(di)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)模式,使充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)基礎(chu)設(she)(she)施(shi)布(bu)局更加貼近用戶(hu)(hu),取得(de)了很好的(de)效(xiao)果。按(an)照用戶(hu)(hu)居住地(di)(di)、出(chu)行地(di)(di)和(he)目(mu)的(de)地(di)(di)進(jin)行差(cha)(cha)異化布(bu)局,解決(jue)用戶(hu)(hu)找電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁難題(ti),通(tong)(tong)過安裝(zhuang)地(di)(di)鎖,智(zhi)能(neng)識別裝(zhuang)置等方式實現(xian)燃油(you)車和(he)新能(neng)源車的(de)差(cha)(cha)別管(guan)理,解決(jue)油(you)車霸占(zhan)停(ting)車位。企(qi)業還應通(tong)(tong)過合理利用數據以(yi)提升(sheng)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁的(de)維修(xiu)率與(yu)利用率,同時促進(jin)企(qi)業與(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網公司的(de)溝通(tong)(tong)效(xiao)率以(yi)及第三方加強(qiang)對充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁的(de)監管(guan),有序(xu)地(di)(di)引導行業發展。”
????市場進入龍頭競爭階段
????目前(qian)A股已(yi)經進入年報預(yu)告(gao)披露期,業(ye)(ye)(ye)績(ji)方面,157家充(chong)電樁概念股中(zhong),已(yi)有76家發(fa)布2021年度業(ye)(ye)(ye)績(ji)預(yu)告(gao),其中(zhong)49家預(yu)計(ji)業(ye)(ye)(ye)績(ji)增長,27家預(yu)計(ji)業(ye)(ye)(ye)績(ji)下滑,業(ye)(ye)(ye)績(ji)增長的企業(ye)(ye)(ye)集中(zhong)在充(chong)電樁下游(you)設備生產和研發(fa)企業(ye)(ye)(ye),業(ye)(ye)(ye)績(ji)下滑企業(ye)(ye)(ye)多為上游(you)輸配電企業(ye)(ye)(ye)。
????巨豐(feng)投資(zi)首席投資(zi)顧問張翠霞告(gao)訴記者,2021年因為煤炭資(zi)源(yuan)漲價(jia),使(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力行業普遍業績承壓(ya),這(zhe)也影響到(dao)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁上游(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力供(gong)應企業。從業績增長情況來看(kan),為充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁提供(gong)設備(bei)服(fu)務的(de)特變電(dian)(dian)(dian)工、國(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)南自、北京科銳等預計凈利增幅(fu)中值超過100%,顯示(shi)出較強的(de)盈利能力。
????政策端也為(wei)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁行(xing)業帶來積極(ji)利(li)好,《實(shi)施(shi)意見(jian)》提出鼓(gu)(gu)勵推廣智(zhi)能有序(xu)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian),加快車網互動技術創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)、試(shi)驗測試(shi)與標準(zhun)化體系(xi)建(jian)設,積極(ji)推進試(shi)點示范,鼓(gu)(gu)勵大(da)功率充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)、無線充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)、自動無人充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)等(deng)新(xin)(xin)技術新(xin)(xin)模式發(fa)展(zhan)。在(zai)推動居住社區充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)設施(shi)建(jian)設安裝(zhuang)和公共(gong)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)設施(shi)建(jian)設安裝(zhuang)同(tong)時,也提出要繼續加大(da)新(xin)(xin)技術研(yan)發(fa),持續完善標準(zhun)體系(xi)。
????目前充電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁終(zhong)端市場有星星充電(dian)(dian)(dian)、特(te)來電(dian)(dian)(dian)、普(pu)天、e充電(dian)(dian)(dian)和國家電(dian)(dian)(dian)網等公(gong)司(si),它(ta)們各有優(you)勢,如星星充電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)優(you)勢在(zai)(zai)于(yu)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁數量(liang)多(duo)、空位較充裕,配套設施比較完(wan)善(shan);特(te)來電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)優(you)勢在(zai)(zai)于(yu)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)速(su)度快(kuai),能夠有效提(ti)高土地利用率;普(pu)天優(you)勢是普(pu)及率尤(you)其是在(zai)(zai)在(zai)(zai)南方(fang)地區(qu)很高;e充電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)優(you)勢在(zai)(zai)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)速(su)度快(kuai);國家電(dian)(dian)(dian)網的(de)優(you)勢在(zai)(zai)于(yu)輻射范(fan)圍廣(guang)。
????據了解,今年,特斯拉將在中(zhong)國大規模(mo)投放充電(dian)樁,不僅(jin)助力其電(dian)動汽(qi)車(che)銷售(shou)規模(mo)擴張(zhang),鞏固行業(ye)頭部地位,還將其他頭部競爭對(dui)手的市占率產(chan)生沖擊。
????李一淼指(zhi)出,充(chong)(chong)電(dian)樁(zhuang)市(shi)場正在進入龍頭競(jing)爭階段,行業(ye)門檻(jian)(jian)也在進一步提高(gao),首先短期內資金決定市(shi)場占有率,長期綜合運(yun)維將(jiang)帶來競(jing)爭優(you)勢,充(chong)(chong)電(dian)樁(zhuang)企業(ye)若要保持長期發展(zhan)的(de)優(you)勢,其(qi)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)樁(zhuang)網絡的(de)布局、產(chan)品質(zhi)量、專業(ye)壁壘(lei)和精細化運(yun)營(ying)將(jiang)成為(wei)核心。雖然充(chong)(chong)電(dian)樁(zhuang)制造門檻(jian)(jian)低(di),但(dan)龍頭企業(ye)可打(da)造專業(ye)壁壘(lei)增(zeng)強競(jing)爭能力,尤其(qi)是為(wei)不(bu)同用戶群體打(da)造差異化的(de)運(yun)營(ying)方案。
