一種氮(dan)(dan)(dan)化(hua)硅結(jie)合碳化(hua)硅耐(nai)火制品的(de)氮(dan)(dan)(dan)化(hua)燒成方法,其特征在于(yu)包括以下步(bu)驟(zou):低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)區(qu)(qu)(qu)素(su)坯壓制:按比例(li)(li)稱取(qu)(qu)碳化(hua)硅及粒(li)度不高于(yu)20um的(de)細硅粉(fen)為(wei)(wei)原料,混煉、振動(dong)成型,干(gan)燥后得到低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)區(qu)(qu)(qu)素(su)坯;正(zheng)常溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)區(qu)(qu)(qu)素(su)坯壓制:按比例(li)(li)稱取(qu)(qu)碳化(hua)硅及粒(li)度為(wei)(wei)48-76um的(de)粗硅粉(fen)為(wei)(wei)原料,混煉、振動(dong)成型,干(gan)燥后得到正(zheng)常溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)區(qu)(qu)(qu)素(su)坯;進爐(lu):將(jiang)低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)區(qu)(qu)(qu)素(su)坯送(song)(song)入(ru)(ru)梭(suo)式(shi)(shi)氮(dan)(dan)(dan)化(hua)爐(lu)的(de)低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)區(qu)(qu)(qu),碼放整齊,將(jiang)正(zheng)常溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)區(qu)(qu)(qu)素(su)坯送(song)(song)入(ru)(ru)梭(suo)式(shi)(shi)氮(dan)(dan)(dan)化(hua)爐(lu)的(de)正(zheng)常溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)區(qu)(qu)(qu),碼放整齊,低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)區(qu)(qu)(qu)的(de)體積與正(zheng)常溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)區(qu)(qu)(qu)的(de)體積比為(wei)(wei)1/7-1/4,其中,低(di)(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)區(qu)(qu)(qu)為(wei)(wei)梭(suo)式(shi)(shi)氮(dan)(dan)(dan)化(hua)爐(lu)靠近兩(liang)個爐(lu)門和(he)爐(lu)底(di)的(de)兩(liang)個三角區(qu)(qu)(qu)域,正(zheng)常溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)區(qu)(qu)(qu)為(wei)(wei)兩(liang)個三角區(qu)(qu)(qu)域之間的(de)區(qu)(qu)(qu)域;升(sheng)(sheng)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)燒成:將(jiang)梭(suo)式(shi)(shi)氮(dan)(dan)(dan)化(hua)爐(lu)送(song)(song)電臺(tai)階式(shi)(shi)升(sheng)(sheng)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen),同時向爐(lu)內(nei)流(liu)動(dong)通入(ru)(ru)氮(dan)(dan)(dan)氣,使(shi)爐(lu)內(nei)發生(sheng)氮(dan)(dan)(dan)化(hua)燒成反(fan)應;冷卻出(chu)爐(lu)。
