摘要:本發明公開了一種纖維板專用陶瓷微晶剛玉涂附磨具及其制造方法,其制造方法包括以下步驟:(1)采用比表面積為300~400m2/g的坯布作為生產用的布基;(2)制備陶瓷微晶剛玉磨料;(3)制備膠料;(4)布基處理;(5)基材活性處理;(6)涂覆底膠;(7)植砂:采用重力加靜電植砂工藝將所述陶瓷微晶剛玉磨料植入底膠表面;(8)預干燥;(9)涂覆復膠;(10)主干燥。本發明的纖維板專用陶瓷微晶剛玉涂附磨具的制造方法制得的產品的強度、磨削效(xiao)率和(he)使用壽命均得到明顯提升,產品在高壓(ya)和(he)振動情況(kuang)下(xia),不(bu)打折,不(bu)破裂(lie),不(bu)脫砂,可進行(xing)持續磨(mo)削加工;適用于中高密度(du)纖(xian)維板材的高切削壓(ya)力(li)、高精(jing)密加工。
主權利要求
