摘要: 本發明涉及一種碳化硅氣凝膠及其(qi)制(zhi)(zhi)備方(fang)法(fa),先將(jiang)碳(tan)(tan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)硅(gui)(gui)前(qian)(qian)驅(qu)(qu)(qu)體(ti)(ti)溶(rong)于有(you)機溶(rong)劑(ji)中,配制(zhi)(zhi)成碳(tan)(tan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)硅(gui)(gui)前(qian)(qian)驅(qu)(qu)(qu)體(ti)(ti)溶(rong)液;將(jiang)碳(tan)(tan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)硅(gui)(gui)前(qian)(qian)驅(qu)(qu)(qu)體(ti)(ti)溶(rong)液在(zai)150~200℃無(wu)氧條件下(xia)進行硅(gui)(gui)氫加(jia)成反應,得(de)(de)到(dao)碳(tan)(tan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)硅(gui)(gui)前(qian)(qian)驅(qu)(qu)(qu)體(ti)(ti)凝(ning)膠(jiao)(jiao);將(jiang)碳(tan)(tan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)硅(gui)(gui)前(qian)(qian)驅(qu)(qu)(qu)體(ti)(ti)凝(ning)膠(jiao)(jiao)干燥,得(de)(de)到(dao)碳(tan)(tan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)硅(gui)(gui)前(qian)(qian)驅(qu)(qu)(qu)體(ti)(ti)氣(qi)凝(ning)膠(jiao)(jiao);將(jiang)碳(tan)(tan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)硅(gui)(gui)前(qian)(qian)驅(qu)(qu)(qu)體(ti)(ti)氣(qi)凝(ning)膠(jiao)(jiao)在(zai)800~1600℃無(wu)氧條件下(xia)熱處理(li),得(de)(de)到(dao)碳(tan)(tan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)硅(gui)(gui)氣(qi)凝(ning)膠(jiao)(jiao)。本(ben)發明中以含(han)有(you)Si?H鍵和C=C雙(shuang)鍵的(de)碳(tan)(tan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)硅(gui)(gui)前(qian)(qian)驅(qu)(qu)(qu)體(ti)(ti)為碳(tan)(tan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)硅(gui)(gui)前(qian)(qian)驅(qu)(qu)(qu)體(ti)(ti),其(qi)本(ben)身可(ke)以在(zai)一定溫度(du)下(xia)固化(hua)(hua)(hua),通(tong)過(guo)前(qian)(qian)驅(qu)(qu)(qu)體(ti)(ti)轉化(hua)(hua)(hua)制(zhi)(zhi)備陶瓷(ci)和氣(qi)凝(ning)膠(jiao)(jiao)制(zhi)(zhi)備法(fa)制(zhi)(zhi)備了(le)碳(tan)(tan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)硅(gui)(gui)氣(qi)凝(ning)膠(jiao)(jiao),制(zhi)(zhi)備方(fang)法(fa)簡單,C/Si比接近1:1。本(ben)發明中使用的(de)碳(tan)(tan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)硅(gui)(gui)前(qian)(qian)驅(qu)(qu)(qu)體(ti)(ti)含(han)Si?H與C=C鍵且比例可(ke)調,無(wu)需另外添加(jia)含(han)乙(yi)烯(xi)基物質,降低(di)了(le)生產成本(ben)。
主權利要求
1.一種(zhong)碳(tan)化(hua)(hua)硅(gui)(gui)氣(qi)凝(ning)(ning)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)的制備(bei)方法,其特征在于:包括以下(xia)步驟:(1)將(jiang)碳(tan)化(hua)(hua)硅(gui)(gui)前驅(qu)體(ti)溶(rong)于有機溶(rong)劑中,配制成碳(tan)化(hua)(hua)硅(gui)(gui)前驅(qu)體(ti)溶(rong)液;(2)將(jiang)碳(tan)化(hua)(hua)硅(gui)(gui)前驅(qu)體(ti)溶(rong)液在150~200℃無(wu)氧(yang)(yang)條件(jian)下(xia)進(jin)行(xing)硅(gui)(gui)氫加成反應,得(de)到碳(tan)化(hua)(hua)硅(gui)(gui)前驅(qu)體(ti)凝(ning)(ning)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao);(3)將(jiang)碳(tan)化(hua)(hua)硅(gui)(gui)前驅(qu)體(ti)凝(ning)(ning)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)干(gan)燥,得(de)到碳(tan)化(hua)(hua)硅(gui)(gui)前驅(qu)體(ti)氣(qi)凝(ning)(ning)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao);(4)將(jiang)碳(tan)化(hua)(hua)硅(gui)(gui)前驅(qu)體(ti)氣(qi)凝(ning)(ning)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)在800~1600℃無(wu)氧(yang)(yang)條件(jian)下(xia)熱處理(li),得(de)到碳(tan)化(hua)(hua)硅(gui)(gui)氣(qi)凝(ning)(ning)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)。
