摘要: 本發明涉及一種屏蔽中子用復合材料筒形件的制備方法,具體為核反應堆屏蔽中子用復合材料筒形件的制備方法。解決碳化硼顆(ke)粒鋁基(ji)復(fu)(fu)(fu)合(he)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)板材(cai)(cai)通過卷制(zhi)焊(han)接(jie)工(gong)藝(yi)制(zhi)備筒(tong)形(xing)(xing)件,焊(han)接(jie)接(jie)頭(tou)的力學(xue)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)和中子吸(xi)收性(xing)(xing)能(neng)降(jiang)低的問題。本(ben)發明采用(yong)高能(neng)脈沖電流燒結的方(fang)法制(zhi)備碳(tan)化硼顆(ke)粒鋁合(he)金基(ji)復(fu)(fu)(fu)合(he)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao),采用(yong)強力旋(xuan)壓(ya)的方(fang)法對機械加工(gong)后的碳(tan)化硼顆(ke)粒鋁合(he)金基(ji)復(fu)(fu)(fu)合(he)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)坯料(liao)(liao)進行多道次的旋(xuan)壓(ya)成(cheng)形(xing)(xing),最終旋(xuan)壓(ya)成(cheng)薄壁(bi)筒(tong)形(xing)(xing)件;避(bi)免(mian)了焊(han)接(jie)過程所(suo)帶來的缺陷(xian),同時提高了材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)的利用(yong)率,降(jiang)低制(zhi)造(zao)成(cheng)本(ben),且成(cheng)品力學(xue)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)優異,具有強度(du)和韌性(xing)(xing)高的特點,所(suo)制(zhi)備的成(cheng)品可用(yong)于(yu)乏(fa)燃料(liao)(liao)儲存(cun)及(ji)核(he)電站中筒(tong)形(xing)(xing)屏(ping)蔽體,是先進的制(zhi)備復(fu)(fu)(fu)合(he)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)筒(tong)形(xing)(xing)件的方(fang)法。
