摘要: 本發明公開了一種具有中空骨架的三維CVD碳化硅陶(tao)瓷泡(pao)沫材料(liao),其特(te)征在于(yu)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)化(hua)(hua)硅陶(tao)瓷泡(pao)沫由三維網狀的碳(tan)(tan)(tan)化(hua)(hua)硅骨(gu)(gu)架構(gou)成(cheng),其中碳(tan)(tan)(tan)化(hua)(hua)硅為(wei)β型碳(tan)(tan)(tan)化(hua)(hua)硅,純度高于(yu)99%,碳(tan)(tan)(tan)化(hua)(hua)硅骨(gu)(gu)架的徑(jing)向尺寸(cun)(cun)為(wei)1?20μm,長徑(jing)比(bi)為(wei)5?10,碳(tan)(tan)(tan)化(hua)(hua)硅陶(tao)瓷泡(pao)沫的空(kong)隙率為(wei)90?99.5%,三維網狀的孔徑(jing)大(da)小為(wei)10?100μm,碳(tan)(tan)(tan)化(hua)(hua)硅骨(gu)(gu)架呈中空(kong)狀,構(gou)成(cheng)孔道結構(gou),孔道截(jie)面(mian)形(xing)狀為(wei)圓(yuan)形(xing)、橢圓(yuan)形(xing)或者三角形(xing),尺寸(cun)(cun)為(wei)0.5?10μm,碳(tan)(tan)(tan)化(hua)(hua)硅骨(gu)(gu)架壁(bi)厚為(wei)0.1?10μm。該材料(liao)隙率高,密度低,可(ke)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)超(chao)級電(dian)容器,亦(yi)可(ke)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)催(cui)化(hua)(hua)行(xing)業(ye),同時(shi)材料(liao)可(ke)在高溫(wen)環境(jing)下使用(yong)(yong)。

一種具有中(zhong)(zhong)空骨架的(de)三維(wei)(wei)(wei)CVD碳(tan)(tan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)硅陶(tao)瓷(ci)泡沫材料,其(qi)特征在(zai)于碳(tan)(tan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)硅陶(tao)瓷(ci)泡沫由(you)三維(wei)(wei)(wei)網(wang)(wang)狀(zhuang)的(de)碳(tan)(tan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)硅骨架構成,碳(tan)(tan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)硅骨架呈中(zhong)(zhong)空狀(zhuang),構成孔(kong)(kong)道(dao)結構,孔(kong)(kong)道(dao)截面(mian)形(xing)狀(zhuang)為(wei)圓(yuan)形(xing)、橢圓(yuan)形(xing)或者三角形(xing),尺(chi)寸為(wei)0.5-10μm,其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)碳(tan)(tan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)硅為(wei)β型碳(tan)(tan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)硅,純度高于99%,碳(tan)(tan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)硅陶(tao)瓷(ci)泡沫的(de)空隙率為(wei)90-99.5%,三維(wei)(wei)(wei)網(wang)(wang)狀(zhuang)的(de)孔(kong)(kong)徑大小為(wei)10-100μm。
